How do you accept payment for your orders?

We currently accept all major credit cards. If you're with a government organization or public school, we can accept PO's. If you have a question regarding our payment terms, please contact us Toll Free: (877)-870-5486 or send an email to WholesaleWristbands.com.

Do you charge extra for characters or logos?

Never! Our wristband pricing is all inclusive, and includes an imprint or debossing around the full wrap of the wristband. There are no charges for clipart or logowork on the bands and all artwork proofing is done completely free of charge!

Where are you located?

Our corporate office is located in sunny Florida! Our production facilities are located both in the USA and overseas. We ship direct from the warehouse to ensure speedy delivery.

What Colors Are Available?

We use the color coated Pantone matching system. (Solid Coated). With over 80,000 colors available, we're sure to have the exact colors you're looking for. Pantone color matching is done completely free of charge. Just speak with your sales rep to ensure you get the colors you need.

Where are your wristbands manufactured?

We offer both domestic and international production for our silicone wristbands. Generally, our wristbands will be produced overseas. If you would like or require wristbands produced at our facility in the USA, please let your rep know prior to wristband production (requires additional fee).

How long is production time?

Production time is typically 2 weeks including shipping to your location. Rushes are available for an additional fee, if you require your wristbands in a shorter period of time. Please contact us for rush rates and opportunities prior to placing your order.

Are there any toxic or harmful chemicals in your wristbands?

None! Our silicone wristbands are 100% medial grade silicone.

Do you offer any discounts on orders?

Sure! We offer discounts for both non profit organizations and certain public events. Please contact a sales rep to inquire about special rates for your organization. We love to help local communities and aweome fundraising ventures. Contact us for more information!

What is your minimum quantity?

Our minimum quantities typically depend on your wristband type. For most standard wristbands, the order minimum is only 50 wristbands! For slap wristbands and some One-Inch Fat Wristbands, the minimum order quantity is 100 wristbands.
